Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Judge Brothers may be the worst sitting judge in the country. Absolutly feeble minded judge that knows very little about the law. Our firm has had cases in front of this judge where he consistently ruled contrary to statutory and case law. Any lawyer that has a case in front of this guy should make every effort to transfer venue....

If so, and all this is true, why is he still on the bench?

If your law firm is competent at all, why hasn't this been referred to a judicial body or the ABA for resolution?
IF it's true, it is in everyones best interest to unseat him. You didn't cite ANY specific instances of judicial misconduct.
If it's NOT true, I you should hope YOU and your "law firm" aren't sued.

Gene never stated that he was a lawyer. Gene could be someone else who works at the law firm, correct? You can 'Google' this- IDENTIFYING THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT A LAW OFFICE, and go to the related sites in order to see a list of the people who work at a law office. Gene could be a paralegal or even the receptionist.

Sorry but I highly doubt you work for a law firm. See theres this little stipulation in your hiring contract about social media. No law firm would WILLINGLY allow you to post YOUR OPINION as fact. THEY know THEY would be sued. SO either youre the dumbest lawyer in existance or youre NOT a lwayer and are just saying this to slander a judge. Hey Mr. Lawyer, who is it that signs the court orders?? Thats right a judge. And if this Judge was offended by your post, how hard do you think it would be for him to pick up a pen?? Just saying that if you ARE a lawyer, NEVER represent me. If youre NOT a lawyer, stop trying to be one, youre failing horribly.
