The Dealership had my car for a week for what they claimed was minor repairs during the process the Body Shop had a Very Ignorant workers telling me How he was going to fix my car like he was the Owner also the Service Intake woman seemed to be assisting the other Insurance Company in Fraud since the accident was the other companies Liability day to day She was switching the claim from the Liable Insurance to My Insurance I will never go back to this shop nor purchase a vehicle from them Ever!

Your report is confusing at best

According to what I can determine from your report, you were in a car accident that you think is the fault of the other driver. You took your vehicle to the body shop of this dealership for repairs and you wanted the other driver's insurance to cover the damages. According to your report, the other driver only had liability insurance. If that is true, then your car damage can not be repaired by using the other drivers insurance because with liability only, there is no insurance for collision repair.
The body shop had to switch it to your insurance because you have full coverage. The alternative was to have you pay for it out of pocket. Fortunately the body shop worked with you to get your insurance to cover the repair cost.
That is not the fault of the body shop. It is the other driver that didn't have full coverage. You can sue the other driver and recover the amount to reimburse your insurance company for any expense they made to fix your vehicle.
