Three brothers bakery Total waste of money and time I paid them for a cake and they made total opposite of what I wanted Houston Texas

So I googled best bakeries in Houston Texas and three brothers bakery came up I sat in their bakery for 45 minutes placing my order for my sons birthday cake it was supposed to be a Spiderman and Batman theme to tear chocolate on the bottom vanilla cake on the top cookies and cream filling on the top custard and fresh strawberry filling The cake was stale it was not a Spiderman and Batman theme everybody they made me all chocolate instead of one tear being chocolate and one tear being vanilla.. They was very rude they took my money of course I payed  for the cake in advance The cake was stale they must have made it a week before the birthday date The cake was horrible the taste was too.. Spiderman theme is black and red not white and red I paid them $155 dollars and they basically told me to take the cake because I don't have a choice I called and asked them for a refund they said no they are horrible and I do not recommend them to anyone
