Back in February I purchased a magazine subscription for my son from a guy named Anthony who was going door to door in my neighborhood. I ordered the maximum amount of subscriptions, which was four and a half years.

About four months later I finally realized that I had not received the first issue. I dug up my receipt and called the number for customer service I found on the receipt. Of course there was no answer.

Here I am now more than six months later still trying to find out exactly what happened to the money. I was told by Anthony that he would receive more points toward winning his trip if I was to pay in cash. Now I know why. Because I paid him in cash it is harder to track where the money went.

I won't stop trying to get my money back. I would also like to see somebody face criminal charges for their actions. I am owed 41$ for the subscription and 10$ for the "processing service fee", as well as the satisfaction of knowing that this company will not get away with this.

It is people like this that make people less trusting and therefore teach our children that there is no good in the world anymore. I would like to save my child from that way of thinking, which is really hard to do when I have people coming to my door with the intention of taking advantage of my trust.

I purchased a 'subscription' from EAA in October of 2005. The receipt said to allow "90 to 120 days for delivery." I contacted the company to ask about my subscription when I had waited 176 days to receive my first issue.

The phone number on the receipt had been disconnected and I got nowhere thru the website, so I mailed a letter. After waiting for almost 6 months for a response, I was contacted by a man named Thomas who explained that the company had sold out to the company he worked for and that his company would make everything right.



I faxed him a copy of the receipt and the cancelled check, but never heard any more from him or received a refund. Just last week, I mailed a letter to the company with a copy of the receipt and cancelled check to three separate addresses I have found for them.



Yesterday, two of the letters were returned with notes from the post office that the letters could not be delivered and there was no forwarding address. The phone numbers I have found for EAA are all disconnected, and 5 years later, I am still out my $46.00.

i use to work for an adjoing company, Kenmore Sales. I left there cuz I got pregnant. No one knew. Well I dont think so. I can never get ahold of them also to try to let the father know. They NEVER answer. I also had ordered 2 magazines for family memebers. we never recieved anything.

For good reasons ROR will not allow me to post a contact address-but if you are a good net detective...google some keywords beginning with the word "travel" and "sellers" and you should find a website I host devoted to former agents, current ones in trouble...and anyone who wants to exchange thoughts on the ramifications of having worked in this byzantinne industry. Anyone who worked in this field who has ever been entrusted with how things REALLY work in the magbiz...and I was...knows how bad the agents have been burned. NO payment after departure...and a 1099 tax liability on money they never saw. The Tex Trio and their Fla/Texas offspring have literally reaped MILLIONS in cash-and even though I'll admit I've seen clearinghouses operating firsthand...and some folks do get their mags...we cannot forget the violence inflicted on the young people...the monies they'll never see...and the untold damage done to the many now faceless kids who get left behind by what is a last bastion of indentured servitude. Let me know if you have trouble finding me on the net. Getabunch.

Kelly is still lying. The company that Keitha Carson's staff worked for is Entrepreneurs Across America. Guess who owns that company! Kelly is co-owner. She has a kid with another co-owner, George Senner (goes by Rick-follow the link to find out the manslaughter case- (( link removed by ROR))

Furthermore, Keitha still works for this company. So, Kelly, why can't Keitha, your employee, update a website owned by your company? Make up a really good lie. There's plenty of proof to that Keitha still works for you. I wonder if you are also lying to the IRS about Keitha's employment.

We'll post more about a class action lawsuit and many pending criminal cases that you can contribute to on a later date.

Hey my name is Brian. I Dont Actually Work for 333 or "THREEDOM SALES" But I DO work for 528 Buckeye Sales!

You see 528 and 333 travels the country together. I've grown up in the biz under Kelly And Jason and Ricky. I know these people personnally as do I "so I've read"
Sorry you won your trip to cancun the wrong way there steve, but I can completly understand where this "customer" is coming from. Anyone would hate to wait for an exceeded period of time to get there own money back for sure is going to be upset!

I've read almost every report on here putting my friends nameson the line. The people whom I love and trust sladered like there A "POS"

These are hard working kids that are on there feet 16 hours a day for 6 days a week pounding doors trust me I do it! This is the biz where only the strong surrive kelly most defintly has proven her status a partial owner of 333. She has done everything that these "kids" have done as I have. For you to say we can not understand what is like to be on the other end of the deal, you have to step back and look at it from our POINT OF VIEW.

We knock thousands of doors every week there fore resulting in thousands of bussiness! We are after all the baddest company on the planet!! lol ...

But seriously there is like maybe 30 or 40 reports of things happing to people that they call a SCAM or A RIP OFF. Think About the hundreds of thousands of orders that are placed and the few complaints that there actually are.

There is a long road before that Check Or that Cash Bizzzo you gave to your agent that knocked on you door until it hits the check in table to be processed as an order! You have to seriously take into account all the orders that are processed verses the few that have a minor problem in the processing stage of your orders life.

I am not defeneding that it took a long time to get this lady her check but I'm sure that it was sent several times as stated by kelly and it didnt reach the destination properly. As I'm sure the order wasnt processed properly.

This is the new day and age of pounding doors across the country it has chnged my life and defintly changes the life of anyone who becomes part of this organzation! I love my job I love talking to people I love that people believe in me! After all if no one believed in us or our biz you THINK WE WOULD STILL BE HERE.

Everything that was learned since the begining of mags has been passed on to different generations of mag agents.

Which brings it to me. Right now I'm on vaction visiting family still thinking talking and acting like an agent you know why CUZ IM WINNING. Day in and Day out all do this everyday all day.

In conclusion I want to say if you do have a kid knock on your door listen to him or her and if you Believe in what that kid is attempting to accomplish then give them points after all thats why were here now POINTS.

Don't you love the imperious, pious attitude of this gal who has the gall to call herself a cust/ serv person. Coupla tidbits forya, Kelly... I'm not married... the business was VERY good to me...and we both know the deal here don't we? When WHATEVER her name was clearing orders for Threedom... and the world was just fallin down aroundya'll... and NOBODY was taking care of business... those kids were still bangin doors 6 days a week... because the magmrs not gonna stop THAT moneymill no matter what. What about THOSE sales tickets, hmmm? I know that Wood sponsored Threedom, but that don't make him amazing-just responsible for stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the young people he uses. Me... I can afford to sit back and bother the likes of you ALL day... and will... until this abhorrent biz is GONE. Getabunch!

The nerve of some people

I am astonished that Kelly would try to deny that it took them way too long to issue me a refund check. Although I did receive the refund check five hours after typing my rebuttal, I do not feel that I broke even at all. I still have an enormous phone bill because of the 28 phone calls to Texas that I had to make in order to get my refund.

The company you are trying so hard to defend has ripped people off all over the country, and no matter how you try to slander me, that is unjustifiable.

As for the validity of my claim, I have much better things to do with my time than sit on the phone with people who couldn't even manage to get one simple address right. If you did, in fact, send out the two checks as you claimed, then where are they now? Exactly, it doesn't matter what you claim because your company has already broken their trust with who knows how many people.

Kelly, you were extremely rude, unprofessional and unreasonable. I gave you the receipt info, and you gave me excuses. What a way to rebuild a bad reputation! If I ever hear of this company doing business in my neighborhood again, I will be sure to inform the city council, as well as the neighborhood watch of my experience with you.

I'm really sorry you have so much animosity towards a great business and a great experience. I'm sorry things didn't work out for you in the business or your ex-wife. I've read your countless rebuttals, and have a few corrections to make. I am a partner in Threedom Sales. Theedom Sales was raised under Russel Wood, we were a sub-agent a crew. He cleared our orders, and had an amazing office and staff. We are no longer working for him, and have not been working with him for at least 3 years. Keitha, not Keisha, ran an office in Denton. She and her staff were responsible to clear & refund all orders. She has the rights & owns the domain of "Thanksforthepoints.com" so I cannot update that for I have NO RIGHTS to do so. I have however forwarded all calls from that office to me personally. When we realized that the office was overwhelmed & behind in clearing and refunding, we stepped in and have been reclearing all orders not fulfilled and refunding as well since Feb. 2006. Our customers have a working number listed on their receipt and a physical address. They can call any day & we will return their call the same day & rectify the situtation. So Stephen, I'm sorry you don't have a reciept with all the information you requested, but our customers do. We are willing to accomodate all Threedom Sales customers 100%. The customer described above, this is the truth. We did refund her 3 times. When we sent her refund the 3rd time certified, she received it and cashed it. She did not however send all of you a response that we did what we said we would do, and that she received her refund. My name is Kelly Ann Zoppi. My phone personal cell phone number is 903-436-0456. My office number is 903-429-3300. If you are a Threedom Sales customer...call me. Ask for Kelly. I will make sure you walk away 100% satisfied. Stephen, I'm not embarrassed. Your company was affiliated with Russel Woods cashclearinghouse located in Pilot Pointe, Texas. He is the same mgr who trained/promoted V. Pitts and others back in the 70's. Who is now providing publishers with circulation for Threedom sales? When do you plan to update the "thanksforthepoints" website and why are you representing yourself as an owner as Keisha used to do? You are certainly NOT the owner of Threedom...or you'd never take the time to respond or identify yourself here...unless you'd like to provide all your customers with a physical address and your complete name. If you are uncomfortable with answering these queries, perhaps you could give us a reason why? And please don't embarrass yourself furthur by trying to give the impression that it was somehow the fault of the reporting party here that they had trouble with their refund-thats where you and this industry keep messing up- you overcharge or don't fulfill orders-and then have the audacity to try and shift focus on the very people unfortunate enough to have done business with you in the first place. Ms. Melanie Gonzalez cashed her refund check!

I could never forget Melanie Gonzalez. We did speak with her on many occasions. We did issue 3 refund checks to her. We also sent those refunds on good faith due to the fact we had no proof of her order. Even though we had no record of her, we issued a refund to the address she provided. She said she never received it. We stopped payment & issued another one.

Still, she said she didn't receieve it. Those 2 checks never got sent back to us in our returned mail. Third times a charm, we sent it certified, on the day she wrote her second complaint 9/19/06 she signed & cashed her check. Why didn't she send an update to inform you all? I wonder.

Either way, we are working hard to rebuild a reputation that was ruined by an inexperienced office manager & strive to make sure every Threedom Sales customer is completely taken care of.

8 months later STILL NO REFUND!!!!!!!

I HAVE CONTACTED THIS COMPANY ABOUT 20 TIMES TO TRY TO GET A REFUND AND THEY HAVE NOW PROMISED ME A REFUND 3 TIMES. I WAITED FOR A REFUND TO COME AND I AM STILL WAITING. WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE LADY WHO CLAIMS TO BE IN CHARGE OF SENDING OUT REFUNDS SHE CLAIMED THAT I WAS LYING ABOUT NOT RECEIVING MY REFUND AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED BACK TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK AND SHE CLAIMED THAT SHE WOULD SEND IT CERTIFIED MAIL. hERE I AM ALMOST 2 WEEKS AFTER THE THAT AND 8 MONTHS AFTER I ORIGIONALLY PURCHASED THE SUBSCRIPTION AND STILL NO REFUND. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT I WAS NEVER SENT A REFUND AND I AM EXTREMELY UPSET THAT I HAVE BEEN LIED TO ON SO MANY OCCASIONS THAT I CAN NOT KEEP COUNT. THIS COMPANY GIVES A BAD NAME TO ALL OTHER COMPANIES THAT CONDUCT BUSINESS IN AN HONEST WAY.DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!!
