Thrifty Propane Refusal to honor 10 cents off best price posted on web site Internet

I called Thrifty Propane and requested price for delivery (I own the tank and buy from lowest price seller - Thrifty used in the past).  Thrifty quoted $2.40/gallon (website now quotes 2.839/gallon).  I told them I had a Farrel gas quote of $1.79/gallon and requested price beat as listed on web site as follows:

Guaranteed lowest price: find a lower unconditional price, we will beat it by 10 cents per gallon. Open 24-7-365.

I was told I would get a call back.  3 days later, nothing.  I entered a chat with a representative, who again confirmed the price beat offer, and said I would be called.  I told her I was still waiting.  She said they would call.  Still no call, a week later.
