Do not buy from Ticket Galaxy or their sister company, BoxOffice-Center.com. It is a complete scam! I was on the official site for Starlight Theatre in Kansas City to purchase Beck/Willie Nelson tickets during the presale. Ticket Galaxy popped up and I thought it was the official ticket company. I placed an order for 3 tickets at $78 each plus fees.

I received my tickets via Fed Ex (it was the only option and I was charged $15 for delivery). The tickets they sent were in the $45 seats. My total was $307 and I was in the very back, the worst seats! The row number from my original order that I printed did not match the row they sent.

This show was not even on sale to the general public yet. I dont know how they got the tickets, or how they got their website to pop up. But, I would never have purchased from a scalper site during a pre-sale! The show is not sold out and I went on the site to see how much they over charged me. I paid $150 extra for those seats.

I have contacted them many times with no response. Terrible company.
