Worst customer service i ever dealt with. no call backs to address my issue, never  resolved my issue, advertised on their web page that my computer came with the full version of windows 8 professional on disc they lied. never got the disc. 
they were horrible to deal with, still have never spoken to me to return my calls,spoke to several people i called spoke to a supervisor never got a resolution or call back, made a complaint to the better business bureau as well as the Federal Trade commission for false advertising and unfair business practices. The OLD BAIT AND SWITCH. 
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER THING from this horrible place. This company needs to have a class action suit brought on to them for unfair practices, lieing to customer, false advertising.

IT may have taken a while to work through all the tape. Finally the company mailed me the CD that was advertised on the website.

We apologize for the negative experience you had with this transaction.  I believe we resolved your issue late last week.  This was indeed an error and you should have received the disk as advertised.  I Windows 8 disk was sent to you with no charge and is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, Tuesday the 17th.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns.
