Where should I start? Tim, the owner of Ironhaus, seemed to be a real good man at fisrt.Then people out side of work started telling my friend stories about Ironhaus. Well, with in a few days, he started to believe them him self. Knowing my friend had a suspended lisence he ask him repeatedly to drive to Massa Home Center, Quality Supply, and to Missoula 40 miles away.In his personal vehicle! Also had him work at his house on the clock. My friend went out of town with this man to find out that he wanted him to install railing three stories up with only 2 screws holding the railing on. Of course he installed it properly. On the same job he welded railing over a hard wood floor with no protection over the floor. He ruined the floor.My friend has shipped so many damaged fire places it makes him sick to think about it! Some of the fire places (GM models)are not Ironhaus fire places. He sticks Ironhaus sticker over the real company's stickers, and thinks that they are his product because he puts iron fire place fronts on them. The paint is from Ace Hardware. Some are rattle canned, some are sprayed. The painter he had working, also a friend of mine, got his fingeres cut off because there was no screen grate in front of the paint room exhaust fan. Pallet racks with 1000's of pounds on them where not bolted to the floor or walls for MONTHS. Also, there was not tproper venting for the shop or the grinding room, which he spent 1000s of hours in. One day, after asking for a particle mask for months, my friend just went to Norco and put one on Ironhaus' account. My friend would go home take a shower and cough spit and sneeze metal. He would have rust in his nose! The man had my friend landscape the front of his shop for his grand opening and stiffed him on his bonus, and 2 other times as well. He had my friend dig footings for the new part of the shop then told him to bury tons of steel in the ground under the building. He would tell my friend to go get pallets for shipping and not knowing any better he would do this. One day he got yelled at by workers at lakeland feed because he had been stealing them for years without knowing. Their kids played together. But not after he laid my friend off with no job attachment 2 weeks before X-mas, owed him money, and a X-mas bonus like every other year. My friend is super PISSED OFF! To top it off my friend worked 100s of hours of overtime. This man is evil! My friend worked extremly hard and was proud of his job. After all the times he went beyond the call of duty, he can't get even a reference letter. Tim Campbell laid other employees off as well. He has found any reason to let them go so he could hire cheap help or get out of giving raises when they are due. From what my friend tells me this man is a fraud and a crook.

Is it "The wailings of a disgruntled employee" or a sad attempt on your part to cover up the truth?
You claim one of the reasons Wade was let go was his "refusal to adjust to duties required of him." Was one of those duties looking the other way when seeing deceptive business practices?

You claim you don't have time to address every "inaccurate point" but yet you seem to find the time to write a lengthy rebuttal?

Quite frankly, from reading Wade's report, he's not coming off to me as being a disgruntled employee.

You, on the other hand, seem to be shifting into overdrive in order to cover for your boss. That, Luke, is called brown-nosing.

This report was I believe filed maliciously. I have worked at Ironhaus for over 3 years. For a portion of that time I worked with Wade who had found himself comfortable in his position and had no incentive to perform in regard to increasing duties from a growing company. He was often found roaming the stock yard talking on the phone to friends or smoking cigarettes while critical responsibilities went unaddressed. His half hearted efforts at those same duties resulted in substantial damage and loss of Ironhaus goods.
This employee like others along the way was let go due to incompetence and refusal to adjust to duties required of him. As for his erroneous statements regarding safety and overall behaviors of the owner Tim Campbell, I believe if you look at his report as well as the other three that were submitted right around the same time you will see the common thread of malicious intent and the same story told throughout each one. You can notice his penchant for twisting the truth by looking closely at this report. You will notice that it was indeed submitted by Wade, however he spins his tale as if he was another individual and even goes as far as signing it with a different name. I could go through and address each inaccurate point, but to be honest I don't have the time as I am busy working at a reputable company that produces quality product and has constant repeat customers and that speaks for itself.
