Tim Smith (smith Family farms) RIP OFF IS A UNDERSTATEMENT ! fayetteville , North Carolina

I purchased a female boxer from Tim Smith on 2/14/2011 we spent $400 like everyone else I wanted to add a member to the family Samantha (my pup) was a valentines present. I had talked to tim several different times prior to 2/14/2011 very good about calling me back to set a time to pick up my boxer. When I arrived at tim's home he already had the two female boxers in the front yard one female had a hernia he said he would knock off $50 if we wanted her. Well needless to say the other female had already picked us. So we took sam home and she also was not completely healthy so right away I made sure she had every shot needed to get her were she should have been. I have always stayed on top of her health anytime I felt something wasn't right she was at the vet.  Now I have had boxers all my life and all pups look the same until they start growing and taking on there features well today is 2/19/2012 I have had my dog for a year and five days now my pup has the build of a boxer but she favors some features of a pit bull. Features I would not be able to tell she would have until she was grown. It is plain as day that my dog is not 100% boxer now when I handed Tim Smith $400 dollars I thought I was getting a Full Blood Boxer after I had left his house I tried calling several different times with questions I had about my dog I would never get a call back or returned e-mails. Now I'm not sure what good it would do to take this piece of work to court because my dog is already a part of this family and no amount of money could replace her. But someone like this should NOT be able to breed animals Its plain as day that he is a shady person and a RIP OFF !! All I know is if you and your wife are okey with the way you handle things then that is extremely sad Well thankfully I live in the same little town that you do Tim Smith And I can promise you any and every chance I get to run your puppy mill in to the ground you can bet I will and you know how fast word can spread in a small town!!
