I got a knock on my door, an individual by the name of Tim Teague, said he was selling cheap meat. He had it stored in a van. I should of known it would be bad bc the AC seemed very low to be carrying meat products. I took note that there was no exp date. He assured me it was fine! When I cooked the first stake, it was awful! You could tell it was frozen and unfrozen multiple times! He had no permit sticker on the back of his van, so he prob had no permission to sell in this county! He said he accepted EBT, but then realized it's not with EBT. He calls your card numbers in for more meat to sell! He is ripping off the Ebt system. He isn't getting a sellers check from EBT. So I imigine he probably isn't paying taxes if EBT isnt informed. I took note of the Ebt transaction and realized I bought this guy twipple of what was sold to me. This is awful to do, and can cause a lot of sickness. My neighbor had the same problem! Her meat was bad and she was in bed for two days! I don't want this to happen to any one else! All we know is he resides in the clinton county area in a town called Renovo.

Thank you for giving me your information. We will be takin you to court for the hospital debit, my neighbor now has to pay because of your meat. I don't care if you have the proper paper work. I just know from my exspierince our community had a lot of problems. Also with following up with our Assistience office they do not authorize your bussiness, and are reviewing the extra charges on accounts. -John

i am the owner of TNA Food Service. It has come to my attention via Facebook on Brian Kitchens acct that this report has been filed. File #1163171. This report is completely false information and i have all the necessary documention needed to verify i am a legal reputable business person who sells quality product. If anyone has any concern to see these documents all you have to do is contact me at 560-755-1623. Also legal charges will be filed under the Liberal act of the state of PA against Brian Kitchen and any onther persons who is associated with him that slanders my company. While trying to file false reports on me he did not even file under the correct company name it is tna food service not tnt food service. Mr Kitchen is very upset he got fired for doing a poor job on my kitchen and i owed him $25 more of his pay but he did mess up quite a few things that have to be replaced or redone that cost well over $25. Liberal Act S31.2 chapter 15 law.
