The District Court of Maryland ruled that Tim Twinam and daylightwebsites had cashed eMerges $2,500.000 good faith deposit check yet never delivered the Word Press web site as Twinam had been contracted to do.

Twinam was ordered to repay the $2,500.00 PLUS Costs. Maryland Circuit Court Case 0707-0002293-2012 .
