Time warner cable got me to sign a 3 year contract. They represented their service was just as good as a real phone company and that we would see no drop off in service or capability.
Don't let your business become a victim of Time Warner Business Class.
There voice mail does not work with a phone system where you have lines in rotary.
Example:
I have 3 phone lines. Time Warner put my voice mail on the third line in rotary. The only time voice mail picks up is when line 1 and 2 are both busy at the same time and line 3 doesnt answer.
If you simply can't answer a call and don't pick up the line, every line but the last line WILL NOT FORWARD TO VOICEMAIL. Obviously, this is totally unacceptable in a business situation or a personal situation for that matter. They have no fix for the problem.
Don't move your phone service to TIME WARNER you will regret it. BIGTIME. So far no luck on getting out of my contract.
