time waner reward card is a rip off . i applyed for the 150.00 target card i was told i would get if i order there service. i order internet and cable . was told i would the reward card after 3 months of paying the bill. waited called coustomer service about this . was told i did not file a form on line as the e mail they said they sent .i replyed that i never got any e mail as to that matter also i told them about what others had told me i called the rebate center they said they had no record of this matter. called time waner held on line for over a hr then that person said i was too lae to get the reward card . i told them i am 71 yrs old efflected with colon cancer on air and this was not right . 8 phone calls over 28 hrs and 5 internet chats on thier site . do not get time waner service they are no good both in service and coustomer help they lie about everything i entend to lodge complaints with bbb. and everyone else this is not for the amount of reward card but the misled lies and excuces to get out of what they promise.
