time warner cable time warner cable ripped me off columbus Ohio

i had moved to another place here not to long ago i called to get my cable hooked up i payed them alot of money to get it hooked up it took them 2 months to come and hook it up then when i got my cable it kept going out everyday for the first 2 weeks i also got the internet with them my internet kept going out to so i called them they called me back and said they fixed the problem when my bill came it was very hi it had doubled almost trippled so i called them back they said that they had merged with another company and that the rates went higher i told them i had signed a contract for 79.99 they cant raise my rates they would not make it right so i told them if they could not fix it then cancel my sevice
