My wife and I were contacted by a company called Timeshare cure, they are also known as Pacific Tranfer and Professional Resort Solutions. We attended one of their hotel presentations since they promissed to have a solution on getting rid of our timeshare and it's maintenance fee's. They informed us that for a limited time only they could transfer our timeshare to their company for 2895.00 Faced with the rising costs of the annual maintenance fee's we agreed that this would be beneficial and paid the down payment of 2000.00 leaving a balance of 895.00 payable in monthy payments until it was paid in full. They drafted our bank account until the balance was paid and they promissed us that we would be very pleased with the transfer. We had paid half of the 895.00 when we suddenly received a letter from Timeshare Cure and RMA stating that thei name had changed to Professional Resort Solutions and that we needed to re-sign a new checking account draft card or the transfer process would be interupted. We complied with their request and finished paying off our balance with them. Once we paid our balance in full they stopped taking our phone calls ands started hanging up on us. We left numerous messages inquiring about out account status and when we did get through to a live person they continued to lead us along saying that they were working on it. After much frustration we went to our financial institution and they pulled up detailed records on Ripoff Report implementing RMA, Pacific Transfer, Professional Resort Solutions and Timeshare Cure as scam companies and rip off's.

My wife and I are at a loss, 2895.00 was not easy for us to come by we both work hard and we had to take all our savings to pay for this. I wish there was something else we could do to get our money back, times are tough for us and it really crushes us to think people are so thoughtless as to take your last penny without even thinking twice.
