Please note at the request of our legal counsel and state attorney's office we have requested not to reveal our names.
However, Timothy Lee Petty,Jr. rent our property in February 2013 and didn't pay rent for two months. We had evict him, and he now owes over $5,000 in damages.
Please Do Not Rent any apartment, house, condo, or other property to this scam artist. He pulls the same trick in every case where he has problems with the banks showing that there was a mix up.
