timothy tyner still owes me money & paperwork for deal on a trade we had. blocked me and never replied anymore middletown New York

The individual Timoty Thyner agreed with me on a deal we had. He was supposed to pay me the rest of the money on the trade with the cars on a 1 to 2 maximum week basis. He also agreed to send me the engine swap paperwork in which he also agreed to send it with the money since he had to ask for it on the place he got the engine from.

After we did the trade he texted me back saying that he would send me the rest of the money and the paperwork in about 1 or 2 weeks as we agreed. I would ocassionally text him to get updates on how the car i traded him was running since i told him pretty much everything about the car. I told him what was wrong with it and all the things it needed which is wasn't really much and car was in awesome condition.

About 2 weeks passed and I texted him to get the rest of the money and the paperwork. He said he would send the money and paperwork. the next day and following days passed and i didn't get no money or paperwork. I called him a couple times from my number and he didn't anwer. Also i called him on private caller and when he responded and knew it was me he would hang up on me. I texted him from other numbers and called him and he would just not answer or text me back.

Up to this day i don't have the rest of the money he told me he was gonna give me or the paperwork. We had a deal we agreed to and he didn't keep up his word and didn't finish the deal we had.
