my father financed a van with this tote to note lot the total cost was 5190 he traded in a explorer they said was only worth 700 and he currently has it paid down to 970. they told him back in july 2012 that if he came up with 2 more payments he could trade his van in. hes since made 5 more payments and he went and picked a low price not fancy suv for 3995.00 he called and asked about trading it in and they kept playing games saying oh we have to wait to talk to danny the owner. they never called back so today he calls them again and the owner is there but he says hes gotta wait on the salesman to get there so he goes to the lot and they tell him no the van is worn out and its only worth 500. his van is in fair condition and kelly blue book trade value its worth 1997.00. this van was never in excellent condition. then they tell him they need another 500 and he can trade it in. my dad lives on disability income and couldnt put that down. so they refused to help him and now here i am complaining about this company. i emailed them telling them i am filing a complaint on them so they should expect this. this is the most disrespectful company ive ever seen! my dad pays his bill every month even if he has nothing left. sometimes he cant buy his medicine because of these people and there car note. i would urge anyone looking there lot to stay away!
