Titan Financial promised a 2500.00 dollar unsecured credit card by Sarah Thomas all I received was junk mail Dallas Texas

Sarah Thomas at 1-800-417-1682 Ext 107 promised to issue me and garanteed me a unsecured credit card of 2500.00 even went so far as asking if i wanted VISA or MasterCard preference debited my on time fee of 299.00 and within 6-8 wks would receive card. Never received did receive junk mail on how to get one which would cost me another fee with different companies, Sarah Thomas is unable to be reached by her phone due to disconection.

When i called to cancell lady that answered would not give name said ok refund in 3-4 wks been 8 wks present day.
