I got a letter in the mail welcoming me to Titan Gas. I have never authorized them to take over my account. What's worse is that I was in a contract with another gas supplier and now I will need to pay a large penalty for swiching during contract. Shame on you Titan gas!

I was switched over as well and found out that it was the utility that did it because of the plan that i was on. Titan had nothing to do with it and they actually gave me better options then i had before.
