Titaneer CEO Martin Wilson is a criminal who has set up scam after scam after scam. He sells "business opportunities" or "internet education" programs to unsuspecting victims who are coerced out of their hard earned money with the promise of riches and success while working from home.

In 2005 Martin lost a $14,812,169.00 judgement from the FTC (federal trade commission) for ripping people off with such scams. He was also forbidden from ever operating another business of this type. 

In spite of that judgement, Martin continued to operate under different company names like "Wealth Systems", "Info Money Club" and his latest scam, "E-Learn University" http://www.elearnu.com/. He changes addresses and company names often, manipulating the system to try to get around the law. When these kind of scams were outlawed in the US, Martin started peddling his scams overseas.

Titaneer is supposed to be his "legitamate" B2B digital marketing agency, but it has failed to take off because of Martin's lack of integrity and total disregard for his employees and clients.  Titaneer is not profitable. It is entirely funded whatever revenue his latest scam is bringing in. When the scam business doesn't bring in enough money, Martin misses payroll for his Titaneer employees and pays them late, if at all.  Martin either steals from his employees or takes an unauthorized interest-free loan from them.

Martin is a sociopath who cares for no one but himself.
