Why not make your payments when they are due?  The grace period does not mean the payment is NOT late.  However, since you are now dealing with a SUBPRIME lender, no doubt your past history is that of NOT making payments on time.

titlemax i started out doing business with about 3-4 years ago. i went in to inquire about a loan on my 1999 nissan altima. i was just needing 100.00 and they said they had a 400.00 minimum loan. a few month went by and they told me i had a little money available, so i started knoxville tennessee

TITLEMAX TITLEMAX I borrowed $3500 and ask the lady that filled my paperwork how much were my monthly payments and she told me they were $389 per month to pay back so i was paying monthly $400 and payed a total of $5200 in 13 months and only 100 was deducted of my loan so they are picking up my car and they want 3700 for settlement unfortunately i borrowed that money because i got sick with type 2 diabetes so know they are leaving me without a car is in it a RIPOFF?sincerely Juan Oakland California

TitleMax Titlemax, Pulaski, TN About 5 months ago I got a loan from Title Max for $1.100.00, I have been paying over $200.00 per month.They mailed me this summury claiming I owe $1.343.00. I called them and said I have been paying you about $220.00 per month how can I owe you that much money. They claim that about $900.00 that I have paid was only interest. This don't make sinse to me they are robbing me. They said I had to pay another $1.400.00 to get out of this loan. They are crooks, they take advantage of poor people. I am disabled and on a fixed income I cant afford this Pulaski Tennessee
