I purchased a vehicle from out of state with no title.  They promised to "recover" the title from the state where the vehicle was last titled.  After shelling out $600.00, they ended up "registering" the vehicle in a "non title" state and all I received was paperwork saying the car was registered.  No title was ever produced.  Now I have a vehicle that is not legally owned and useless paperwork.

We appreciate the opportunity to help clients like the one who wrote this comment.  It appears this client purchased a car without a title and we were able to provide them with new and transferable documents of vehicle ownership.

Not knowing the specifics of this client's situation, it would appear they purchased a classic car.  Approximately 15 States in the USA, including New York, are jurisdications which issue only a registration title for classic cars.  This means those cars receive a special vehicle registration document from the State that verifies ownership.  This document is fully transferable to a new buyer or can be transferred to any other State within the USA.  This is what was provided to the client.

We have no open customer issues in our system; we only have this anonymous internet comment.  If this particular client would like to call in to review the documents they received or help tranferring the title to their home state, please give us a call.  We would love to prove additional assistance but have no way to reach this person or know who they are.
