Hello. Let me start this report by saying that "Mike" from tk worldwide should be ashamed of himself. I responded to an ad in port charlotte florida searching for sales associates at a local ford dealership. Came in for the interveiw and was greeted by a very proffesional looking man. He introduced himself as Mike and I introduced myself. We walked into an office and he conducted his interveiw. After it was done he said he would like me to come back for orientation/training that he was conducting there at the dealership for three days. He represented himself as a manager at the dealership so I never questioned when he told me I may have to pay for my training course and materials. He never discussed a price though.

So I went in on the first day of the orientation. Everything was fine. There were 19 people in the class. He proceeded to go over all the details of what is expected of us and started to train us on how to sell a car. As the class was ending he said he was going to make his final decision of who he wanted to offer the job to. He called us back one by one and when he was done talking with them he made them leave. Well when it was my turn I walked in sat down and he proceeded to tell me that I would do great in the business and he would love to offer me the job, only I had to come up with the $630.00 to take my training class and get the training manuals. I never expected him to ask for that up front and I asked why I had to pay for my training if I was going to be an employee?

He explained that it was to make sure I was truely interested in the job that there had been many people go through the training then quit costing the company money so they asked for this at first to see your level of commitment. He said it would be fully reimbursed after 90 days. He was very convincing and I fell for it. I told him it would take me a little while to come up with the money but I would do anything I could to get the position. Well I called two days later to let him know I had the money and I was informed by the actual management at the dealership that he had skipped out and no one had any contact information for him. Turns out he was scamming the whole class. He ran off with eight peoples $630.00 and promised them jobs.

Luckily I did not have the money and I avoided the whole scam. However the other 8 people were not so lucky. Now they are out all that money and have no job. I have been able to get in touch with the group that did get scammed after I talked to the manager of the dealership. The group I contacted are filing police reports and the hunt is on for "Mike". I just wanted to put this story out there because from what I have seen and heard this has been going on for too long and no one realizes it until its too late. He skipped town with $5040.00 dollars of innocent peoples money that they will probobly never see again, and now have no job to boot. As I said before he should be ashamed of himself. Please do not fall for the same scam.

Thank you for taking the time to read my report.

How can Kevin Bradberry lie about TK Worldwide like this?

AUTHOR: jacob - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, January 21, 2015

You do not charge for training?  This is mistaken identity?  Are you serious?  ATTENTION EVERYONE:  Search TK Worldwide in the search box up top and you will see a list of complaints.  Many of those complains specifically state that TK Worldwide scammed them out of money.  Kevin Bradberry, the owner of TK Worldwide, actually responded and confirmed they charge for training.  KEVIN BRADBERRY SPECIFICALLY STATES in his rebuttle to a different complaint on here about getting ripped off: "You stated' "Well, it did not exactly work out that way. What they did, was they charged me and everyone else $294 to finish the training course." We State: "The training course was OPTIONAL, and you SELECTED to attend..."  Hmmm... if that isn't Kevin Bradberry admitting in writing that TK Worldwide charges for its training provided that you "attend," then I'm just speechless and must not understand English.  I guess technically he doesn't charge for his training if you're not there.  Wow!  Quite the con man Kevin.  Do you actually listen to yourself?

There are also other complaints online (not on this site) that state how they got scammed out of their money and didn't get a job either.  Two minutes on goggle will easily show you that.  There are also dealerships complaining about TK Worldwide and how they run their classes.

How stupid do you think we are Kevin?  You actually write that you charge for training in one rebuttle and you write on this one that it must be another company because you don't charge?  That right there should prove to anyone thinking about hiring TK Worldwide to train for them or anyone thinking about attending a class what this company is all about.  Nothing but lies.  What's that saying?  A fool and his money will soon be parted?  You all have been warned and hopefully you all are smart enough to see through his lies.

You're a disgrace to the auto industry and sound worse than a buy here pay here salesman with your obvious lies.  I hope that other company sues you for libel damages.  This absolutely was TK Worldwide and not that other company.  Go ahead Kevin, give us some more lies!  I know next he is going to say he used to charge but doesn't anymore.  That's his only move.  I suggest anyone who might believe that one to go look at other complaints all over the interneet and take note of the dates.  He's still scamming people today.

Here's the quick link to the other post where he goes into detail about the fees he charges: http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/TK-Worldwide/Valrico-Florida/TK-Worldwide-Auto-Sales-Training-Scam-Valrico-Florida-457706

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

We do NOT charge applicants! This is a case of mistaken identity.

AUTHOR: Kevin - ()

POSTED: Friday, September 06, 2013

You have the WRONG company!

My company does NOT charge applicants any fees for any reason ever! We do not have a field recruiter/trainer who works for us by the name of Mike. Please go back and check your paperwork, or anything you may have gotten from this company and when you verify that you have made a mistake, please redirect this ripoff report to the proper company who is responsible for this action against you and those other job seekers who were in the class with you and who were also taken advantage of.

You and the others who were ripped off do deserve justice and I will be happy to help you by showing you what proceedures you can follow that will give you the best possible chance to get your money back. You can call our office anytime during normal business hours and ask for me personally.

There is a company out there who does this by the name of World Wide Consulting Services based out of Charlotte, NC http://www.wwcsonline.com They have an F Rating with the BBB and the last time I checked their web site it was down. Sometimes people get our companies mixed up because of the name similarity.

The Owner of this company is Peter D. Ferigan

Please update this ripoff report and remove our company name, address, phone number and any information that leads people to believe this is us when it is CLEARLY NOT. Then call the office and I will be happy to assist you in any way I can to get the company who took your money to issue you a full refund.

Thank you.

President/CEO
