Toluna USA Highly questionable business practices , Internet

I recently signed into my account and found a large amount of my points had been reversed. I had enough points to cashout prior to the reversal. I was left with points in my account but not enough to cash out. I emailed support and the answer I received was that I must have "accidentilly" closed my account. If that were the case then all the points would have been reversed and I would not have been able to log into my account. It also could not have been to inactivity because the reversal was made within days of a prior login.

The email response was marked "resolved" and I was told there was no way to get the points back.

I also have to question why I spend a good amount of time on surveys, not screeners, answering questions that take time and thought and then am told I do not qualify. At this point they already have the survey questions answered and in my mind are no doubt getting paid for them.

I had no problem when they were My2Cents. But now realize that I have been wasting my time and have been ripped off.
