Mr. Tom Sahagian, whom resides at 175 Seneca Trail, Bloomingdale, IL. has filed false and misleading reports about various people and business that he owes money to. In stead of finding a job to pay his bills, he spends his time on a computer defaming the people that he owes money too. In fact, Mr. Sahagian lied to a Lake County, IL judge, was found to be in contempt of court, and was jailed for a week. So if you want to do business with Tom Sahagian, you do it at the risk of not being paid and being defamed by this dishonest and non-paying individual.

The ATTORNEY REGISTRATION DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION : James A. Doppke Jr. , has filed on August 31, 2012 Commission No. 2010PR00156 that attorney David P. Mierswa who resides at 200 Bittersweet Dr.
Mundelein, Illinois 60060, Attorney No. 6257821 is to be censured, also recommends that he be Suspended for 1 year , and until he makes restitution of at least $28,750.00 dollars for his involvement with thieves of Loan Mod One for taking money, and not performing the service to help these people out of foreclosure.

In response to Attorney David P. Mierswa false allegations stating i'm a disgruntled client accusing me of being dishonest , and held in contempt of court, and jailed .
Attorney David p. Mierswa who lives at Bittersweet Dr. Mundelein, Ill 60060-3304 tel#847-566-6244, who now has moved his desk to a share office with other businesses acting as a sole practioner at 5225 Old Orchard Rd, Ste #5.
Filed a lawsuit against me because I refused to pay his false padded fee's.When he was asked to verify every item on his bill he refused to do so. I paid Mr. Mierswa almost $4,000.00 , and caught him cheating me , and padding his fee's.
We went to court , and the judge refused me a jury trail, and a evendentary hearing. When I protested the injustice the judge held me in contempt of court for 8 days because I refused to provide financials.
This is how the law works, the judge rubber stamps his bill without validation because he said I didn't bring an attorney with me , and i represented myself of which he held that against me , and refused my request.
If Mr. Mierswa is an honest attorney he should show everyone on this website his bill to me on Rip Off ,and validate` every item on his bill to the world lets see if he has the guts to do that.
This will tell you if he is an honest attorney or just another greedy attorney who bills people that won't question his fee.
He also advertises he has associates that is false advertising which is illegal to misrepresent yourself to the public. He is currently under investigation with the ARDC under oath on April 21, 2010 at 2:00P.M.
Page 4, at this hearing line 24 clearly stating he is a solo practioner , and has no associates , and on page 9 he clearly stated to the ARDC line 16 he works at his desk there 5% of the time of which the majority of the time which is 95% is out of his house.
He is under investigation with Loan Mod One for scaming people, and the Illinois Attorney's office turn him over to the ARDC because of his illegal actions with Loan Mod One who is no longer in business.
