Tom Shaw VP Ocean Canyon a known Abuser and Alcoholic is taken our cell phones and going through them to see who we are texting and calling. If we do not let Tom Shaw v.p. or Mike Pournoury have our phones they will terminate us. A bunch of ourhome office people have been called in and made to show who we is calling and texting!!! Show us your phones or be FIRED>...people are really scared and are doing it. They do want to be fired.
If we do not go along we are FIRED..Tom Shaw has already threatened a FEMALE employee with violence. MKE POURNOURY did nothing about it. What type of man does this? OCEAN CANYON PROPERTIES allows the ABUSE of its EMPLOYEES.
TOM SHAW made us sign papers saying that we would NOT hang out with co workers OFF the clock on our personal time. MIKE POURNOURY cfo has given TOM SHAW the abuser and alcoholic permission to abuse and harass employees. Tom Shaw is dating a manager under him. Six of our managers are dating or sleeping with female employees...but us regular employees cannot. They are going through our PERSONAL items and checking them. This is totally ILLEGAL I hope more lawsuits start.
