Tomas Mora Landscaping Leonarda Cuevas Flores Cashed check but didn't provide service Houston Texas

I left check under my mat for full payment to Tomas Mora Landscaping company to cut my grass weekly for the month of October. The check was cashed but my grass was not cut.

I contacted Tomas Mora, the owner serveral times, with each time him promising that someone was coming out to cut my grass, but no one ever came out.

Tomas started ignoring my calls, but he answered when I called from my home phone.  I demanded a refund, but again he promosed that someone would come cut the grass, but he acted as if he failed to understand that no one cut the grass in the prior weeks that I already paid.
