Tommy Batson Homes LLC/SOB Tommy B. Batson & Mia CantarellaBatson after closing on our home they failed to porvide the home warranty.  Both myself and spouse are veterans .  We used my VA loan.  When is came time to close on the house there were still alot of work that went unfinished.  We were in a hotel for three weeks before we could move in. The work on the house was done non professional and their is still foul orders coming out of the kitchen dishwasher, this oder  is from before the closing. Curved walls and missing items for the shower (built in set and shelves)   We have been in home for 11 months and still have not receive the structural and foundatin warranty.  We have tryed to contact Tommy and Mia Batson and we  get ignored.  We have spent thousands of dollors to get the home livable, A/C and duct work had to be redone,the roof ventilation are vent are missing and lots of crarks in flooring and walls.   We have a two page list of undone work that Tommy and Mia Batson have ignored, they have closed down the bussiness which leaves us  to correct everything left undone out of pocket. We want to beable to hold Tommy Batson Homes LLC accountable, but where to turn now that he is out of bussiness.
