 i bought a pontiac g5 may1,2013 they never let us test drive car .. when we got down the road the tires were luod so i called chris blaubach the salesman that sold us car. we took car to shop next day and found out the back tires were cuffed.

had to have tires replaced and the display showed service airbag they wouldnt fix the problem we had a 30 day warrenty.

front end made noise we took it to shop again to see if we needed aliginment and shop manager wouldnt touch it .

this company didnt nothing but cuss at us and fuss with us like we did something wrong .

  The customer never asked to test drive the car. There was never a refusal to do so. Customer looked at car and said they would purchase the car if they could be financed. It was done through on the lot the financing. It would make no sense to finance the car if it had this issue which is not covered under warranty at time of delivery. The car was driven 7000 miles in 5 months so I highly doubt the problem left the customer unable to drive. 

  This a is classic example of buyer's remorse. Customer asked to trade out of the vehicle becasue she wanted a 4 door  but was unable to come up with the necessary down payment. Customer also tried to sell car to private party. Apparently she had no isssue in trying to pass a "known issue" on to someone else.

  The issue they claim to have would have kept vehicle from passing state inspection and dealer would not have been able to obtain tags for the customer. The only thing I the sales/finance person is guilty of being straight forward and blunt with the customer.

I have to ask.  Why would you purchase a vehicle without test driving it?  If I couldn't test drive a vehicle I'm walking out the door and going somewhere else.

A 30 day warranty generally covers the vehicles power train which is not where your problems are.  Having said that a dealership who really cares about customer satisfaction (and repeat business) could have offered some assistance in resolving your problem.
