Slander? I don't think so

Slander = spoken word - something someone says in a speech, etc. It is very difficult to prove because often the defense is that a person's words in speech were misconstrued or misinterpreted.
Libel = written word - something someone says in an article, story, report, etc. Because there's something in writing it's not quite as difficult to defend - however, a person claiming he/she has been libelled must be able to prove that the intention of those words is to be malicious or damaging.
The defense against libel or slander is that the words spoken were honest. The speaker or writer told the truth.
If you're going to throw legal terms around - at least know what those terms mean.

Tony Robbins consulted with Bill Clinton and has made millions helping people and even has a clear refund policy.
This kind of slander is insane and just because someone has the ability to host a TV show for 18 years straight and make millions of dollars, does not make him a thief.
Do not believe anything you read on this site without documented proof. Tony pays his taxes, contributes millions of dollars to humanitarian aid groups, and is successful.
Check him out for yourself and yes, he has a money back guarantee on the seminars and products he sells.
Don't fall for this slander.
