Tool City - City Loan Violation of Contract Terms; Did NOT warn car would be REPO'd - Contract has "N/A" amounts, LIARS, THIEVES, CHEATERS. Took care after "extension" and promise to release car - transported ALL the way back to Long Beach, when car was beiAng stored in Sacramento Long Beach California

1. Violated Terms; did not warn me that car would be repo'd. Customer service is RUDE UNPROFESSIONALL and Crazy.

2. Gave dollar amounts for the car to be retrieved and each time, the amount was different (had NOTHING to do with the storage fee).

3. Transported the car out of storage in Sacramento TO LONG BEACH when I had made it CLEAR I would be picking up the car in Sacramento. This is so they can charge the transportation/tow charge. In addition to the crazy charges they already do.

4. Interest rate is 99%.

I owned this car IN FULL - worth $17k a year ago, only 58k miles on it, absolutely perfect condition '04 Honda Accord, and the liar, cheater, thief "Car-Buy Out" guy, "SCOTT" said it MIGHT get sold at auction for $5k. In which case, I will get maybe $500 back.

THEY ARE THE MOST DISPICABLE, DECEITFUL LYING COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I would appreciate law-attorney advice. I am making consumer complaint where they apparently are "licensed". Department of Corprations - http://www.corp.ca.gov/about/complaint.asp.

I STRONGLY advise everyone to report this corput company.

I am a single mother, of a one year old, and was laid off in October. This loan amount of $2700, has now completely devastated our lives.

They will see their day in court.
