I ordered a factory refurbished computer from Toolscamera.co.uk Oline store. When it came to payment it said I needed to do a money order through Western Union so I did that. I made payment to first name LIQIN last name LIAO. I was confused about making the payment but the company was responsive to help me with that. But, once payment was made I never heard from them again.
They said it would ship by EMS and that they would call me when it is about to arrive. I have never received a call and I have never received the computer. Now, I get no response from the company. They the web site which displays "Electronics" Oline idicates there's live chat but there never is, and e-mails I have written to "Contact" have not been replied to. Regretfully, I must conclude this is a scam and I have been off. I asked for a tracking number but get no reply.

never send money thru western union, money gram or any untraceable means to someone you dont know personally,
its only a way to get money for free fro the scammers and with no recourse for you.
scammers regularly set up online stores and say to send money via western union then you get nothing and they keep your money.
I want a business like this, no overhead no stock to keep no employees just a website and money comng in thru western union.

Their web site displays "Electronics" Online store and idicates customer service available for live chat but no one is ever online and no one has responded to messases sent through "Contact". They said they would ship via EMS but I cannot get the tracking number - they never shipped I'm sure.
The company also goes by NangYang ESC International Trade , when you read under their "About Us"and I see there have been Rip Off reports about this company already.
I reported to Wesntern Union - they say never use Western Union to conduct business transactions
