Top Choice Solar/ aka : Kojak team from NY

They are stealing  homeowners rebate money from NV energy..and blaming companies or people they hired and  NV energy them selves..

.....It appears   a Nevada state agency is investigating this scam ,   they  are keeping 1000s of dollars or they did not file the proper paperwork to the Ulility Company.   Either way,  they continue to blame other people or  companies and avoidiing the facts and the truth...

To the agencies investigating this fraud:  Follow the money..Top Choice received all the monies for the job...and were 100 percent responsible for making sure the homeowners received all the benefits from the energy  program..

20 to 25 unexpected homewoners were sold a sytem from Top Choice Solar  between Oct-Dec  13'.    The Monies were delivered to Top Choice via a loan or finance company.   all the monies were sent to Top Choice (50 percent was delivered into there account within 1 week after they signed a contract with Top Choice).   This shows that Top Choice had the money  and the resources to act in good faith and file the proper paper work. (maybe they did ,  but are keeping the cash)  ??

The sales company has provided proof to the agency who is investigating this scam ( the agency who oversees contractors)  ,   emails and documents showing Top Choice had weeks or months to file the application  to the utility company.     So the company  had the money ,  had all the documents.,  But neglected to file the paper work (  OR DID THEY)   Some homeowners suspect that the ring leaders are pocketing the funds???  

Many victimized homeowners have tried to contact the company,  but they direct there calls to salesman or SUB contractors....So it has taken an investigation by the state of NV.   

As you can see from rebuttals ,  from Kojaks Team of fraudsters,  

 They direct blame on to others  :  a form of attribution.  (  read all there rebuttals...  has to be someone else fault ) 

 marital problems...or previous behavoir is the reason it is not Top Choices fault.  They never address the issue...

NEVER....................so ask the homeowner below:  before you do business with them .. ask the homeowners how there

issues were addressed..

Im sure when they rebuttal this complaint ,   they wont address the issue:   where did the money go?  Whos got there money ??  Whos fault was it   ( as they keep all the money that put these poor people in debt)   

To avoid  excuses:    provided is a  FEW homeowners who have been victimized  :  shoty work or owing them money..
