Top Level PR provide a PR services for Crowd Funding campaigns.
They contacted me via the Indiegogo platform.
I purchased the top level package which is priced at $1495 USD. The package guarantees 100% top media placement.
When issued with a mid campaign report, I noticed 5 of the 8 links provided as proof of service were using a pitch which was rejected in the testing phase. I contacted Top Level PR to alert them that the wrong message was being released and would not result in any campaign support.
I received the final report and it included the same 8 links. Only two of which were on relevant websites. I did not receive "top media placement," nor did I receive even one pledge as a result of their service.
When I complained and asked for a refund, I was told that I should "take accountability."
I was not only ripped off from paying the fee, but my campaign failed as a result.

It's not easy being at the top... We were recently attacked by a competitor in an attempt to disrupt our business and our incredible team. These competitors have tried to hack our website (unsuccessfully) and are now slandering our company on a daily basis across the internet.
These individuals cannot compete with us on our level of service or on our prices. Let's be real, most don't even have a customer support number to call! That's why they are resorting to these unethical tactics. However, our track record of success and close relationship with the crowdfunding community is without question.
Their fake reviews leave no identifiable information or evidence that they were a client. In fact, most of the information they provide is not even accurate (company pricing, services offered, etc). Please do not fall for their fabricated lies or obviously fake reviews (many are painful to read because they use broken english and basically just repeat the words "SCAM SCAM SCAM" a million times).
I really don't know who would fall for that stuff, but it is still bothersome for our team who work so hard and care so much about each crowdfunding project that we take on. Let us show you the results we get for crowdfunding projects.
