I purchased Microsoft Office suite from Top Soft Deals on 12/31/14. The program took over 4 hours to download. When it finally did, I was unable to activate the software even after multiple attempts. I called and left a message with LIVE SUPPORT 9AM - 4PM EST (866)-986-4645 and also sent several emails requesting help. The person who responded to my email was very abrupt and unhelpful. They refused to help me resolve the issue and would not refund the purchase either.
