So I sent a Cashir's Check to Alex Alexander CORPORATE ACCOUNTS ROUTING AND ACCOUNT NUMBER. Since then I send a mail and they reply TV is on the way, Rob told me when account was verified I would hear from them all the time till Samsung arrived. Nothing could be further from the truth. I said if tv was not hear by SUPERBOWL CANCEL THE DEAL. They said they would cancel Order Number 141833 and refund per their sites rules. Well it states nothing about refund amount before tv is delivered. Have not seen a email in the last two plus days. Look forward to them doing what is right in this matter a total refund of my 2100 dollars.

no address to send certifed letter to serve a law suit too you rob for 2100 dollars back on january 17th. have proof that money was sent and certifed by you rob now where is my certifed money!!!

I have had a law firm trying to leave a letter that is certifed with them but no address checks out. left several e mails with rob and phone messages. Rob was very nice to start out than at every step of delivery process things went wrong. rob has not messaged me at all since i asked where my check was after the 30 days and response in email was they have sent every one a chaeck that wanted a refund. i satated i would start a class action law suit they repled every one had been paid back in full????. so if that is true where is my money and how come their is no mailing address to be found. by the way the reason for my complaints is still no money and shame on you starbridge for not telling the truth. prove it by showing i chased a check that is not real.
