We all know Topps cards is a billion dollar industry so why do they feel that they can put out an app that has constant glitches & fake packs we spend real money on, the term "fake pack" is when you buy a pack of digital cards and you don't get what it's showing you pulled. I & others have been experiencing this problem constantly. We all know contacting customer service is a nightmare & they give you the same answer of "cycling your phone" over & over again. Topps won't admit that it's their fault & blame the customer or say that you violated the rules. Lets join together & stop buying packs till they fix the app & their horrible customer service. I started this change request because I know many others are fed up with it like I am. Let's band together & stop feeding a greedy company that don't care about their customers but only the money we provide.
