talk to the boss who'd they said they have talked to. don't be afriad to talk to these people or follow them up on a letter. Go to the FTC website and read your rights and if they're making this hard for you to return the items. Tell them you'll going to file a complaint through the Better Business Burea in your state, if this problem doesn't get resolve. They'll be expecting a letter from the BBB office and be dealing with the BBB people and you'll have no more involvement in this. Tell them that the office supplies will be on-hold and in their condition boxes for them to pick it up. and take picture for proofs that no items have not been demage incase they have more tricks up their sleeve. Record every phone conversation w/them on paper. Let them know you know their repuatation if necessary you'll be seeking legal help.
Remenber that these people are more afriad than you are...
