Judy Warzecha the owner and manager of tortuga 4 party fishing boat,has for many years allowed her alcoholic boyfriend, shane millsap to work in a safety sensitive position on her boat.This is a passenger fishing vessel, where the crew is responsible for the safety of all passengers,the captain who is lisenced through the united states coast guard has asked her not to put shane on the boat for he has on many occasions started fights,fallen over board smashed passengers cell phones, and many other things because of his alcoholism, he drinks every day he is working and that alone is ilegal,she has alweays said she will get rid of him but she always brings him back after just a few days, she lies and blames every thing he does on some thing or some one else, mainly the other crew members. A few weeks ago there was a passenger who had a ceasure on board the tortuga,the captain had to call the coast guard to come and get the injured man, when they arived they saw that shane was drunk and asked the captain about this, well the captain told the coast guard all about it, they spoke with the owners and shane was removede from the boat,but after just three days,Judy brought him to the boat, he was violently drunk and threatened the captain, blaming the captain for the trouble,the captain called the police, and had a restraining order filed against shane milsap, this was not the first time the captained had been threatened by shane,as shane has threatened many people here in key west. For this action the captain was terminated by Judy Warzecha, now the captain has no job and cannot take care of his wife and family, he has talked to the coast guard and police about this but there isnt much any one seems to want to do about it, other than the coast guard doesnt want shane back on the boat, Judy and Shane have been threatening, bullying and lying to many people here including passengers and other boat owners, also there have been many and i mean maybe even a hundred crew members who have either had to quit there job or been fired because of this drunk. There are many of us here including passengers who want some thing done but do not know who to talk to or where to go for help, this boat is not safe for passengers,ever not just because of shane the drunk, but, these people also run this vessel with out the safety equipment operating properly and in most cases not operating at all, they have been allowed to lie there way out of every thing for years and years, now we are all coming together [all the people who have been effected by Judy Warzecha and Shane Millsap over the years and there are many of us, what can we do to stop the unsafe and ilegal business practices and the lies by these disgusting people, sooner or later some one will be hurt or worse but by then it will have been too late
