Total Merchant Services ,alfred, Ripped me for $399.00 Basalt Colorado

I called the company to obtain a credit card processing machine to process visa and mastercard and was told it was a three month free trial period.  I recevied the machine in late November, did not use it until Jan 2016 (after the holidays).  When I looked at my bank account, they charged me $38.98 for Nov and $38.98 for Dec plus when I processed $500 dollars of credit cards, they charged me another $50.  I called to cancel and was told there was a $399.00 fee to terminate.  I said the contract says "Merchant Advantage Program: All new merchants are automatically enlrolled in a three month free trial of our Merchant Advantage Program......"   Alfred at Merchant Services said "that for insurance" What a rip off.  I was told on the phone by Jacon" that the 90 days free trial period was just that, a free trial and if I didn't like it, I could return the machine. I put a stop on the automatically check withdrawal with my bank, but it was too late.  The individuals that talk to the new customers should be recorded and the individuals fired.
