The total transformation might seem like the real deal until you actually order. You hear it on the TV, the radio and think that maybe it works. It's offered for free! How bad could that be. I went home and ordered it online. Well, apparently, it's free only if you call your order in. I received my order, used the program, then contacted for the refund as offered. I'm now told about it not being free. I can't send it back because it's beyond the 30 day point. Part of the program was within the 60 day program and I was told how to send it back. Priority with confirmation. I did just that.

Fast forward 2 weeks....now they are charging my credit card for the product I sent back!! This company is a rip off.

If you order, make sure you call the number, because free is only free if you are lucky.
