I was a patient at DR. Nunez office Total Vision eye health associates located at 15 Cypress Branch Way, Suite 205 Palm Coast FL 32164

Treatment was horrific.

I took an eye exam with Dr. Charles Nunez O.D. License # OPC4659 and his attitude was very shy of classy! Basically, his treatment was off base.

3 months later I relocated. I requested a prescription to be written to me and sent by mail. The prescription was both for glasses and contact lenses.

I purchased contact lenses with this new prescription elsewhere. They were off base. I couldn’t see anything clearly with them.

5 months later I took an eye exam at my new residency. The prescription for my eyes was TOTALLY different.

The sample contacts I left with at Nunez office fit me great and I could see great with them. Obviously, it was done on purpose to teach me a lesson, “IF I DON’T GIVE HIM MY BUSINESS I LOSE!”
