Please, whatever you do avoid renting any properties with Brett and Michael Toth of Toth Properties in Westlake Village, California. I made the mistake of renting from them and for 2 years I experienced mental torture, anti semitic rants, breach of contract, and  invasion of privacy all while renting office space from them. They don't maintain their offices properly, and will use verbal and physical tactics to scare and intimidate the tenants. They are also incredibly shady and will lie to you and have many loop holes in their contracts. Their offices seem attractive because of the low rent, but believe me it is not worth it. After moving in, I came to find out quickly that their offices have high turn over because of their actions and made former tenants have sued them as they will come up with any and every excuse under the sun to avoid paying back the rent deposit. Please do yourself a favor, and DO NOT rent from Toth Properties in Westlake Village!!
