I will tell you the background of the truck then let it fly,  I have been a proud owner of 15-20 Dodge, Jeep brand products and yeah had small problems but nothing that wasn't fixed to above my expectation and at warranty or at below what I thought.  That was when I lived in GA and did business with a first class dealership(worth having a vehicle shipped here from) before dealing with Towbin.  The truck I am writting about I first tried to buy new at Towbin until their best deal was 5k more then the now closed but first class United Dodge.  Well almost 50k later we has another great Dodge truck.  We also have one of the first off the line SRT-10's but i'll wait on that.  Everything on our 2006 2500 5.9 D was working looking and doing great but as car people (we have a regular dealership lift in our garage ) we figured we had an upcoming business trip to California so we would get an oil change have a 23 point inspection and be done.  Well, my dad took it in (he has a hearing dis-ability) and next thing we go to pick it up and not only is the bill in the thousand range about 100 miles into our trip the truck would not shift.  The $300 (truck had 42k hwy miles) trans flush they preformed fxxx it up.   Well we survived the trip and took it straight back to Towbin.  Two days later we were informed our Trans was bad and it would be about 1800+ and be a week.  Well Dodge Costomer Relations is great they helped and now at almost a month I got a call saying all was covered and the next oil change and tire rotation was on them.  Today we picked up the truck and the bill was almost $400.  They said our battery cables were burnt up and had to be replaced for it to start.  That is such bullshit.  I just had to vent this one.  Stay away.  On the SRT-10 I had them change the oil on it to and when stopping the oil gauge dropped to 0 and check light would come on.  Seems someone forgot to put a couple courts of oil in.  FYI
