Tower Ridge Apartments Corinth, TX BEAWARE SINGLE MOTHER'S ON SECTION 8 Corinth Texas

 Please Pay Attention to whomever reads this. These Apartments are a SCAM!! Anybody who is on Section 8 and is a Single mother will catch hell moving here. When I first moved in these apartments I thought they was going to be a place for relaxation, peace and a enjoyable place to call home. Found out that was a big big LIE. These apartments are HELL!! I've been here less then a year and was literally rrady to brake my lease my 3rd month here. Everysince Ive been in these apartments they have been charging me for someone else's water adding it to my bill. Ive been the only one paying over 100$ monthly for water. Also the Maintence guy Frank is messing with the property Manager Nelly so he keeps her informed about what goes on, who comes in and out of your apartment, as well as coming into your apartment when your not there lurking for stuff. I have not ever in my life felt so UNCOMFORTABLE & UNPROTECTED in my life. As a single mother of 2 we are supposed to be able to come home and live in PEACE. Moving here was the biggest MISTAKE of my LIFE. Everymonth my Rent steady increases when you would think its supposed to be a steady flat rate especially when your on Section 8. The TRASH COMPACTOR, OMG is a Hot a** mess. They have 1 trash dumpster for 23 buildings. It stays overloaded and looks very disgusting. My key wouldnt work in my door because it was stripped. I called after hours maintence and emailed Erica who is also Nellys pet to let them know that i needes help to get into my apartment, Nelly called back after 30 minutes went by say she had to stop by and get Frank because his truck broke down, knowing darn well they all live in these apartments in the back. It took them 1 hour 45 minutes just to come out. My kids were asleep in the car on a school night. I was so pissed. They over charge you for everything here just to put extra money in there pocket. Vistors parking is so inconvenient, they will TOW your car and not care anything about. You are not allowed to have company, if you do you will get a EVICTION notice. These apartments was the WORST MISTAKE of my life. I regret being here. My kids even dislike being here. I think GOD everyday because JUNE is almost here. Also do not use there cable, i have not been having cable every since September and im still paying extra 50$ mnthly for some services that i do not have. I called Charter and asked them was money being deposited on mh account for a portion of the bill and they told me NO!! RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS IF YOU ARE A SINGLE MOTHER ON SECTION 8!!
