first of all, as far as being a 'Criminal', I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!

second, i'm a former soldier who gave 15 G.D. YEARS TO THE ARMY, LIVING EVERY F'N DAY BY THE ARMY VALUES, ESPECIALLY HONOR & INTEGRITY, SO UNLESS YOU HAVE SERVED, OR HAVE LIVED IN THOSE APARTMENTS, YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK YOURSELF, BECAUSE I HAVE LIVED THERE & EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID IS TRUE.

and as far as deception, the manager has done that to other people who were renting an apartment there.

FYI, i have dealt with the landlord for over a year, and in doing so, i have observed firsthand just how she operates! and what i have said is true, so, unless you have lived there, or had a relative or friend that lived there, you might want to check yourself!

and on one other note, i am a former Soldier, so i live by the Army Values, especially Honor and Integrity, which from the sounds of your comments, you have neither one, nor do you know anything about either of those Values!

 Ok then where is the ripoff?? So some paperwork didnt get done until the last moment. THAT isnt a ripoff. Charging YOU for bulb replacment is just part and parcel of maintenence. Obviously there must be an issue of tenants STEALING LIGHTBULBS!!!!As for the maintence workers being "snitches".........THATS PART OF THIER JOB!!!!! What are YOU doing that requires YOU to be nervous of being snitched on?? Knowing what is going on in the complex is THE MANAGERS JOB!!!! Sounds like to me THAT YOU ARE THE REAL PROBLEM!!!!! Obviously some type of criminal who is so worried that they will be snitched on that they steal lightbulbs outside of thier dwelling. How about SHOW PROOF of a ripoff or go away. Defamation is NOT PRETTY!!! And that is what YOU have done by posting on a public forum misinformation.
