Tenant pays rent late. Refuses to pay late charges. Is verbally abusive. Damages unit then will not allow repairmen into unit. Stops paying rent. After served with eviction papers Stops paying rent. Hires an attorney to stall with all kinds of continuances so she can remain on the property rent free. Tenant does not show up to court appearance even when lawyer has written in the court papers saying she wil be there.
Until the judge finally orders her to appear. The attorney then claims hardship. An agreeement is made so a judgement can not be filed against her. Took over $1600.00 to repair the unit before it could be put back on the market to rent..You will be in court 5-6 times trying to get possession. Do not rent to her or any of her family membes who do the same thing. Michelle Francis mother. Tonya Francis sister.

To whom it may concern, You all were told by attorneys to cease and desist from harassment of any kind . ANY further communication and/or complaint was told to be directed to LEGAL COUNSEL. THIS slanderous report in which you are committing Libel and Defamation is regarding AN ISSUE SETTLED in court. If these ALLEGATIONS were true the situation would not had been prolonged. Legal counsel for this individual/individuals was retained to represent in all appearances. A response would be scheduled in court as you are breach in settlement contracts and cease and desist request. Your allegations have been noted, and WILL BE Contested.
