i bought a used car from toyota of richardson deal no # 225381 on 01/03/14 cash price for car $22,988.00 trade in 2008 dodge avenger for $6,300.00 . sign a deal thinking that cost price for car + tax tittle - trade in value .
what basically happened was they didnt ask me anything and put the the unwanted service and maintenence and again total cost of the car is again $23,610.38 . which i realised after i got letter from toyota financial . i was doing a simple math cost of the car + tax tittle minus trade in value . so i call toyota of richardson and meet the financial manage i explained the situation . he told me we will call toyota financial to adjust the amount and he told me we'll refund the amount or apply toward principle .i maid second month payment still same i again went to dealership he told me i was busy i forget it i will take care of you don't worry about it .
its been 3 months now same old story and buying time and i didn't trust that guy and called toyota financial and they explained that you have purchased warranty and maintanance and other services . i went to dealer ship and ask him to cancel all my gap and maintanence warranty . he offered me he can instead lower my interest rate but cannot cancel maintanace warranty .
i wanted to talk to other person here comes jason klein asst financial director he took less than minute and gave me a writted paper and ask to wait 3 months to cancel all the warranty . basically he was easily buying more time .
i went to his office again after few months he attitude was ruid and told me we cannot cancel and get out of my dealership and we have tons of laywers in downtown . you purchased it we cannot do anything go and get a laywer.
crool after crook 6 months pasted wasted 6k not helped .toyota of richardson has a expert crooks in financial depertment . where you can easily be cheated .toyota of richardson is not right place to get a new or used car . i have wasted my time money and trust . i am helpless . i am paying my hardwork for crooks . i feel bad my trade in car was basically screwed by toyota of richardson .
Basically if they wanted to help me they could cancel the warranty service so i can save $6k .they intentionally did that to make commision .
be carefuuly with guys specially mr jason klein proffesional cheater .

What is the name of the warranty company ? Google the name of the warranty company and find out what kind of reviews that company has. If they have a bad reputation why went to dealership sell it to you ? Don't let make you think you cannot cancel the policy you can.

Take a look at your contract and cancel the warranty directly with the warranty company

Yes any dealership F&I person that puts in a warranty and gap coverage without your permission is scum in my opinion. Just so you know, the actual contract you signed probably has a big box on it that says the warranty and gap coverage are OPTIONAL. The F&I person almost always says it is mandatory and required by the lender which is not true. In fact, lenders are not legally allowed to tie the loan to GAP coverage or the purchase of a warranty.
Naturally the best time to discover this is before you sign the contract. Next time do not believe anything the F&I person states about the contract and read every word and double/triple check the figures. The finance dept in the dealership is expert at distracting you from reading the contract. It is up to you to protect yourself. I am not agreeing with the dealership in any way, shape or form. I think it is despicable that the auto dealerships routinely get away with this type of fraudulent behaviour. For now, the best person to stop it is you at the time of signing.
You can cancel your warranty right now directly with the warranty company and receive a pro-rated refund of the warranty cost. The entire reason the dealership delayed any type of cancelation immediately is because they get a huge commission for selling the warranty but only if it sticks for a certain period (30 days I think, but I don't know for sure). If it happened to me, I would be bringing the dealership into small claims if you could prove that you notified them timely to cancel.
Report the dealership to the CFPB too. I personally hope many people read your report and choose to do business elsewhere so the dealership can feel the effect of your complaint. Good luck in getting your refund.

The reason they want at the delay in you canceling all this extra crap is

The reason they want a delay in you canceling all this extra crap that the finance manager sold you is The longer the delay the less money you will get in a form of a refund. Don't think for any minute that you cannot cancel anything that he sold you Wickum still extended warranties when it comes to credit life disability that extra s*** puts more profit in his pocket.
Do you have the name of the extended warranty company? The company names of all of the extra crap that he sold you ? Make sure you cancel it as quick as possible do not listen to him cancel everything now That you do not want.
Don't forget to post your vehicle identification number on your report it's like DNA To your Cardille think what happens when somebody googles your Vehicle identification number !
There does not have to be a delay in anything that you want to cancel regarding this extra bulls***. The longer you wait the less money you would get in the form of a refund. Just trying to hold onto a piece of his commission.
CANCEL IT NOW CANCEL IT NOW CANCEL IT NOW CANCEL IT NOW IF YOU DO NOT WANT IT

I have a few questions for you.
1 Who filled out the credit application during the purchase of this car you or a employee from the dealership ?
2 Did anybody explain to you what a CSI Survey is and how you will get one ?
3 Did anybody from the dealership ask you how you were going to fill out the CSI Survey from the Automotive manufacture ?
4 How did you prove your income when you filled out the credit application ?
5 Did you provide copies of your pay stubs ?
6 What interest rate did they charge you on the purchase agreement/contract?
7 Did they ask you to sign any documents that were not filled out ?
8 Did they provide you with a copy of the credit application hopefully that you filled out and signed ?
9 Are you sure that you purchasconte car, or did they LEASE IT TO YOU ?
10 What is the name of the bank that you make your payments to ?
11 Did anybody in the finance department try to sell you credit life disability insurance policy ?
12 What all did the finance manager try to sell you ? Post a complete list of all the items the finance manager sold you and or try to sell you.
13 Do you have a copy of the MSRP or did they keep it ?
14 Do you have a copy of the credit application that they used to get you financed YES OR NO ?
NEXT I'm going to provide you with some contact information in the next day and I want you to use every bit of it I want you to contact the Automotive manufacture and make sure that they have your complete and correct mailing address and all contact information..
If you find out that the Automotive manufacture has incorrect contact information on you then I believe your dealership has committed CSI Diversion.
I am sure that you do not understand what I'm talking about but I will explain. If a auto dealership thanks for one minute that you will be what is called a HEAT DEAL They might create some fake email address fake physical mailing address and send that on what is called the RDR To the Automotive manufacture.
If a auto dealer thinks that you are going to be what is called a HEAT DEAL In other words a pissed off consumer They do not want you to have any chitchat with it Automotive manufacturer so they provide fake contact information on you and submitt it to the Automotive manufacture.
This way the Automotive manufacture will never be able to send you a CSI SURVEY. No auto dealership wants a unhappy customer to talk to the Automotive manufacture And tell them how poorly they feel they have been treated. I am going to help make sure that the Automotive manufacture knows who you are and where you are.
I'm also going to make sure that you personally and many others have the correct contact information of the Automotive manufacture contact information that the dealership would not want you to have access to.
Let me ask you another question. Did the finance manager explain to you what is called the ( point spread ) ??
What interest rate are you being charged if they financed you in this auto deal ?
Did the finance manager tell you what the ( BUY RATE ) IS ?.
Since the first day of buying the car has the Automotive manufacture ever sent you anything by mail ?
Let me explain some more information that the dealerships finance manager probably would not want me to tell you. Many auto dealerships use a piece of software in a service that they're charged monthly for Called
( DEALER TRACK ) What they do many, is they select the information that they want to use off of your credit application and place it in the software called DEALER TRACK. If a deceptive and fraudulent finance manager feels that they do not have the ability to get you financed based upon what you wrote down on your credit application, They will place fraudulent information in the program that I mentioned.
This program/software DEALER TRACK Allows the finance manager to take the information about you that he or she has chosen and send it to massive amounts of different lenders to fetch what is called ( THE LOWEST BUY RATE )
During this process they are trying to create the largest (POINT SPREAD ) Possible. Let me explain if you sign the contract and on that contract it reveals that you agreed to a 10% interest rate. If the finance manager finds a lender that is willing to provide the dealership a BUY RATE OF say 4% BUY RATE and The finance manager was able to get you to sign a contract for 10% interest Then you have a 6% Percent spread on the financing. That difference goes directly to the dealership
In other words they got you bought at 4% but They got you to contract at a 10% interest rate This equals a six point spread On the interest that you are being charged. I am willing to bet that the finance manager never told you about this process.
This soft ware called DEALER TRACK Takes your data and sends it to the lenders that the dealership has chosen to send it to over the Internet. What you need to do next is you need to contact the lender And ask them to send you copies of documents that the dealership has submitted to the lender.
Tell the lender that your dog chewed up your day planner and your address book and you need a copy of the credit application to rebuild your day planner and address book as far as your connections your references.
I'm willing to bet that you do not have a copy of your credit application. Many dealerships do not want you to have a copy of your credit application because if you contact the lender and they send you any information that the dealership sent to them And both of those sets of information do not match I am willing to bet that somebody committed WIRE FRAUD !
I personally catch dealerships lying to lenders and telling them not the truth when it comes to the customers personal financial information. I caught a Chevrolet dealership telling a lender that a customer made $5000 a month income But the truth was the customer only maid $1200 a month gross income. Many finance managers are extremely dirty not all of them but many of them. They are the ones that help make sure the dealership makes a lot of profit.
Very soon I am going to post a link to a YouTube video and I want you to watch it it's informative for people who sell cars and it also is important and informative for car buyers to watch. Please help me remember did you or did you not owe any money on the car that you traded in ? If it was financed contact the lender and ask if that car has been paid off in full !!!
I have caught many auto dealerships not paying off the trade-in. If they do this it adds a lot more profit to the auto deal.
What is the name of the lender that you are making your payments to.
Also I would like you to post the vehicle identification number to the car you bought on this report. Make sure that it's correct ! Every digit needs to be correct.
Again have you ever received any information from the Automotive manufacture. Also refresh my memory after reading your report did you or did you not to buy a brand-new car ??
Very soon I will be posting these videos and I will also be posting a link to a Nother ripoff report I want you to watch all seven videos in that report !!
I try to help people that want help I feel you want help that's why I am posting this..... If I did not care I wouldn't sit here and post this....
