Today I saw a commercial for Toys R Us that was a special sale from 3 pm to midnight where you purchase a video game get the second 50% off. The weather was bad but I made sure I got to the store at two-thirty and they didnt have much of anything , I asked about the special that was advertised and they said "Oh! We been selling that promotion all week". I then Asked if I could get a rain check and was told absolutely not, I feel they shouldn't be allowed to advertise specials if they are not going to provide them to the consumer, just a ploy to get you there, I dont know if these companies really expect people to buy from their stores after they just tricked you, personally it just makes me find other places to shop.

Your complaint is that Toys R Us ran out of items they had on sale and thus you are considering not shopping there in the future. Well, don't shop anywhere then. Every store you have ever been in runs out of sale items once in a while.
